Nice place for ramen and sushi/sashimi in Elgin street. Good service even though only one waitress was serving all customers. Take out food is available.

Decent vermicelli bowl. If you're only going to come here once, order a bowl of miso soup. They're super tasty. And ask for takoyaki -- it's not in the menu, but they make it!

Ginza is co-owned with the guy that owns the Fry. Immediately you can see this place is a much more serious business than the Fry. For one, its consistently clean. The one woman in the front was very thoughtful and friendly. Very professional and I respect that. Me and my dinner partner both got pork and veggie spring rolls and a classic tonkotsu ramen. The food was great and the price was very reasonable. For that reason, it's a place you'll likely go back with your friends many times.

Ramen was just so so. The soup wasn’t hot and the pork was too fat. The restaurant was clean and cozy but food was not recommended.

I've eaten here many times. I keep coming back because the food is delicious and the service is excellent. I recently brought the family (two little kids) and it went well. Very patient server. I usually have the Raman or an assortment of sushi. This is not a fancy place. Leans towards casual dining. Recommended.

We had poke bowl and ramen shoyu. I love their pork slices on the soup. It's a bit fatty, but it's so good. But the noodle is okay.

Sushi rolls are perfect, ramen or pho is sooo good. Haven't had any appetizer but everything from food to service has been amazing. Also not overly priced. Probably shouldn't say all this because I want a seat when I go.

Food is good, but nothing out of this world. Service was okay as well. I liked that they had a variety of different things to eat, sometimes just eating ramen can get a bit boring.

I love this place. Their salmon mango roll is my favorite maki roll in the city. Their ramen is exquisite. Highly recommended.
