Good food, nice service.I'm not a big fan of the hot sauces not having lids since it's already hot weather, not very appetizing. I love Tapatio but I didn't touch it.The free chips & salsa are already on the counter. I'm suggest they at least cover it because of the flies. The salsa was delicious but towards the end it did taste a little funky... Maybe cause it's left out and tomatoes spoil easily.

A Great place to eat. A very good place that shows Dodge City diverse cultural heritage. Salsa was so good, marinated pork was the best. Top it off with horchata, so good.

I have ate at this restaurant religiously (on and off) for almost 15 years. Their service and quality are unrivaled. No matter the time of day or night. Delicious and a landmark of Dodge City itself.
