Love the friendly staff and fast service

The staff worked very hard today. They were missing half of the staff and still managed to get drinks out fast! They never stopped and they were kind even through the stress.

Let me start off by saying I'm a regular coffee kind of guy, black coffee. I was resistant to spending $seven dollars on a cold moca chacka frappe, but I gave in just like i did with getting a cell phone and it was a good, great decision. I ordered a cold coffee that had a cookie of all things in my cold coffee, I recieved it and paid my $seven dollars and took a drink (through a straw) and honestly it was an awakening! I loved it, I want more, every time I pass by I think about the cookie in my coffee, I'm a believer. To think this great American company was started in Seattle by one guy pushing a cart on the boardwalk is truly amazing and the Great American Dream!

Overall this is a great Starbucks location. Sometimes the wait is rather long even with mobile ordering. The staff is very friendly and if you are a regular like me they will greet you by name. Minus one star due to the often times slow wifi 😔. The WiFi is way slower than most other Starbucks that I frequent while traveling. Over all convenient location, nice friendly staff, and good ole Starbucks coffee!!

Nice staff but can't keep up with orders. Waited over 20 minutes for coffee and still haven't received my scone.😲 after waiting almost 30 mintues for the scone I went and asked they then told me they sold out. I did receive a refund. Update I tried them again still a 15 Or so minute wait for coffee but getting better.

Great beverages especially the Toasted White Mocha Chocolate with whipped cream.

Exceptional service. Very polite, patient baristas who focused on making sure they provided the best experience. Definitely one of my favorite Starbucks location in the Lake Charles area!

Love this place. I could live on the cinnamon shortbread frappuccino, and I'm truly amazed with the quality or service. Everyone is insanely nice and courteous. I've been to many Starbucks and the people are always just as nice. Way to go starbucks!

I never seem to run into a problem at Starbucks. The staff are friendly and my drink is always made correctly.

Slower service than other locations and they're always out of stock of newly released coffees. I usually go to the Prien Lake location.
