Super smiley staff, which is really nice. Would be 5 stars but lose one for the usual Starbucks thing nowadays of ignoring walk-in customers in favour of Drive- thru. They’re all so busy on their headsets, you wait ages for someone to actually serve you. No wonder Starbucks in SWFL are all empty these days! If you want served, drive thru!Still, smiley staff and really nice coffee once you finally get it. (Would welcome a newspaper to read though, they have the newspaper rack but it’s empty.)

Very nice people and quick to complete my order. Would definitely return. I got a Grande iced chai tea latte with almond milk light on ice.

Love Starbucks anyway but this location especially.

This Starbucks is consistent and on point. The drinks are almost always delicious and service is efficient and friendly! Thank you for this, I’m glad you’re close to my work because the other location close to my home has major issues!!!

This location is right next to my office but even on the weekends i go out of my way to come here. Every staff member i've encountered over the years is so so so friendly. The drive through is pretty quick, and the inside of the store is always clean.

I’m reviewing the Bonita Springs store based on one visit while vacationing in the area. Five stars just for friendliness! Even the person emptying the garbage said hello! She smiled too! Definitely THE most pleasant vibe I’ve encountered in any Starbucks, and it was really refreshing.

This Starbucks has a friendly ambitious staff to serve your coffee and food needs. A nicely landscaped drive-through service sits adjacent the outdoor seating area. Good place to relax with your morning coffee. Free WiFi! Right next door to the Tide cleaners store.

Comfortable store with outdoor setting and clean restrooms. Friendly staff.

Happy I can change my rating! Whoever is responsible for the change at this Starbucks - Kudos to you! Accuracy on orders is really great and the employees seem much happier and friendlier than for the last 3 years. I held off for 9 months before changing my post just to make sure the changes would last. Well done all.
