We ordered tamales to go and they said it would take 40 minutes. It took longer than that. Probably closer to an hour. But the tamales are pretty good. I only gave them 3 stars because of how long it took... Plus they treated my husband and daughter funny.

Amazing food, friendly staff. The Pupusas here were delicious and their Salvadoran style orchata was perfect!

Really close to being the best Latin American food here in the Denver area. I'm Panamanian so this as close as it gets to home cooking.

I have never had food from El Salvador before. We live close so decided to try it. The place is charming af, and the girl that was working was really friendly and helped us make great food choices. The pupusas were extremely good, there was this insanely hot red sauce that made our heads tingle, the tamales are waaayyy different from what I am used to, but they were really yummy. I had a plantain filled with ground beef with a cotija like cheese on top and it was the most amazing thing I have ever had. Cold cans of Coke made it all perfect. Give El Tamarindo a try, please!!

The food here was excellent, but service was a bit slow. I ordered pupusas and plantains. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Absolutely amazing food, it's fresh and delicious. The beer is always ice cold and the pina colada makes you feel like you are in vacation.

Good food, good service. The hostest chewing gum like a cow was a bit of a turn off.
