It's good ole Popeye's. Crispy and tasty tenders and of course the red beans and rice are a comfort food !

I went to this restaurant around 3/4pm they were a little busy, and I thought they were going to have a little attitude when I asked for fresh chicken and biscuit. I was wrong the whole crew were ok on making fresh chicken and biscuit. They didn't take long either.

I decided to brave the long lines last night for the chicken sandwich, and it did not disappoint. The line was 30 deep inside and out the parking lot for the drive thru. I waited an hour and a half but did not bother me. The workers were bombarded with orders and customer's attitudes, still they were doing the best with the few employees they had. The staff was literally running around the kitchen to keep the food stocked and line moving. Props to your hard work, it doesn't get enough credit in all this sandwich chaos.
