Excellent pizza place. They made the crust well done to my request. Staff was helpful and owner was also present who came and talked to us. Awaiting some new Indian flavors to be brought in.

Primo's picked up right where Pieology left off. Awesome pizza. One of my favorite 'customize your pizza in front of you' places. I just hope Primo's doesn't try and change anything because Pieology knew what they were doing and had a good product. If you have the chance to stop by, do it... you won't be disappointed. I will update my review later once we go back later and see if there have been any dramatic changes.

Clean restaurant and family-owned. The friendly staff were very helpful and accommodating. I checked with them about the extra “room†that closes off from the rest of the dining area and it is available for large groups and fund-raisers. I appreciate the vegan and gluten-free options, although since I am both it makes my pizza a bit pricey. Our pizzas were very delicious and perfect the first time, which had become a problem in my visits with the previous owner, Pieology. I’m so glad we still have this option, new and improved, in the J’town/Hurstbourne area.

I visited the one on Hurstbourne in Kentucky my first visit from Chicago. My daughter likened the place but as we enter the young lady was mopping no one else was inside she greet us but she didn't seem happy we gave our order . The preparation was not her Happy point . Anyway I wasn't please with results the pizza wasn't a round . I just hope the young women is feeling better it was my first visit. My granson recommends.

The owners came around multiple times checking on us and asking if we needed anything. The cauliflower crust pizza was great! I ordered unlimited toppings for just $8.99. Great deal

We found that there were more options for your pizza than when it was Pieology and that they had many types of crust - regular, while wheat; gluten free and cauliflower crust. A great number of cheeses for the pizza, sun dried and regular tomatoes, spinach and the tomato sauce was very much like a San Marzano style. We will definitely be going back - staff was friendly and service was expedient!

Dang was this pizza good. And its reasonably priced. It's at least a dollar for the crust and 7 bucks additional for 1 topping, and 8 for unlimited(set prices). Its essentially a pizza subway but it's so gooood. Can not get enough! Friendly staff and clean restaurant, a great food place.
