Monon Cafe

We are in our early 70's & found our endurance declining. Decided to look at electric bikes. Marco took us out on a test ride & did a great job helping us learn the bikes then turned us loose to ride a bit on the Monon. Josh was very helpful answering our questions our next trip down. We decided to go for it and left with 2 bikes. We just finished a 26 mile ride. Electric bikes got us back to great long rides. Thanks Pedego.

Josh and Marco are awesome. Great attitude, very low pressure sales. We rode the bikes twice and just loved all of the features of the bikes. The pedal assist makes you feel like a kid again. Thanks again to the great staff! Lot's of fun I recommend giving them a try if you are in Carmel. IN.

These guys were awesome. The owner, Josh, was so nice and knowledgeable. Sage, the repair guy, is a bike repair guru. I would highly recommend them. The fact they are just a few steps away from the Monon for easy access is a plus.

Friendly knowledgeable staff that goes above and beyond. The bikes are amazing and a ton of fun! Reasonable prices for hours of enjoyment! I'd recommend to anyone.

Great place, great bikes, the best people. You can find cheap EBikes online; what will you do when there’s an electrical problem? For this level of investment you really will want a Josh or Marco in your corner. While we’re on the subject of price, it’s a minor investment in your quality of life, happiness, and well being.

This is a great place owned by the nicest guy ever (Josh) and the bikes are top quality. In my younger days I used to bike a lot but now as I no longer qualify as young cycling was frequently problematic- sore knee, chubbier than ever, etc. After researching ebikes I decided to check out the Pedego store in Carmel. Josh showed me the different bikes and asked if I wanted to go for a ride on the Monon. I of course said yes and Josh and I rode and talked. Riding was a blast and effortless when needed thanks to the pedal assist. There’s also this sneaky little throttle which is brilliant for getting moving at an intersection. The Pedego bikes are well thought out and sturdy. So of course I bought a bike! In a little over 3 weeks I rode about 125 miles and have seen the far north reaches of the Monon where other than a rooster that sounds like it wants to get me I rarely see a soul. Riding a Pedego has for me been an uplifting experience that is truly fun. Check them out.

My friends and I just enjoyed a great day riding electic bikes down to Broad Ripple for lunch and shopping. It was a fabulous ‘girls day out’. The bikes are a blast ( you can pedal if you want to....but we only did if we passed people so it would LOOK like we were exercising), the guys at the bike shop were kind and very professional, and the bikes are in great condition. A great time was had by all!!!!
