Not a bad place to get some deli sandwiches for a decent price in Manhattan. They have a bunch more stuff like soups, salads, bibimbap, lunch boxes, and fruits to order as well. There are protein bars, drinks, and snacks here as well. If you get 10 of the lunch items above then the eleventh item is free which is pretty good.

This place is petite and expensive yet cute. They do have reasonable prices for breakfast sandwhiches in the morning and a small variety of drinks. They also have about a 4 foot shelf like bar where you can eat if you can get a seat. Overall my baconeggandcheese on a roll was very fluffy and delicious.

This has been my go to morning spot for years. Looks like they just renovated and reopened- very nice now. I always go for their fresh juices and a bagel to get my day started. The staff is very nice and they move super fast. Prices seem to be reasonable and they are right by my the train. 5 stars

Cheapest breakfast in Union Square. Nothing else is gluten free besides salad, so i can't speak to it, but it's good. They serve breakfast, salads, sandwiches/wraps and Korean food. Some Korean plates are pre-plated to go. It also has a small section for when you need a lighter or tampons or something of that nature. Emergency last minute travel size stuff.
