We absolutely love eating at La Fuente! The food is great, and the people that work there are like family! (The margaritas are delicious!) If you haven't eaten at La Fuente, you are missing the opportunity to be treated like family and to enjoy the best Mexican food and delicious margaritas you will ever taste!

The best margaritas on the Eastside of Albany. The building is a little small. Other than that I would have given it 5 stars.

Now I have been to my fair share or Authentic Mexican Restaurants but oh my word is this one amazing! Easily in the top 5 and I've lived in Mexico for a little bit. Great price for how much you get and how great it is and they had our order and appetizer out within minutes and it tasted so fresh. Staff was very friendly and attentive. If you are debating about eating here or somewhere else to go let me save you some time and tell you just go here now!

I love the food here. Try the fajitas, pollo loco, and pollo asado. I'm not sure about the margaritas because I never order one. They are closed on Sunday.

There are a couple of little Mexican places on the East Side, but this is the place we normally go to. It almost always has good food and the building itself has housed Mexican restaurants for years. If you're looking for a decent experience, then this is your choice on this side of town. However, if you're not in a hurry I would suggest going to the west side of town to get food. El Vaquero or Los Vaqueros or even El Maya (much more expensive usually) are typically better choices for food. However, I will say that if you are looking to drink, then this place is great. I've never gotten a margarita here that left me wanting. They pack it with tequila every time it seems. That contrasts with places like Smoke & Fire, where the last few times I ordered a margarita I had to ask my wife if I ordered a virgin and didn't realize it.
