Do not expect to have your delivery on time even when ordered in advance. I ordered at 4:00 pm for an 8:00 pm delivery and had to call at 9:00 pm when it still had not been delivered. Thankfully they were able to get a driver out since the recipient had to leave his house by 9:30. It's disappointing to know that the cookies may have never gotten to the destination without the call. Also, there was no apology or reason why they were late in the first place.
