Good, but small portions

This is a hidden Italian gem in Columbia, SC. I’ve been coming here since it first opened. Small portions but well worth the visit. I’ve tried all the pizzas on the menu - personal size and just enough for one serving. My favorite is the Valtellina and Calabrese. The pasta dishes are also all good - yes, i have tried them all! From the Pappardelle al RaguÌ to my favorite Spaghetti alla Carbonara which is always consistent and on point with the balanced flavors.

Greatest local Italian restaurant. Cozy, friendly & clean. Best thin crust pizza in whole world, especially when eaten with an order of sauteed spinach. Have taken lots of people for lunch & dinner. Each visit brought raves. Thank you!

I did read several reviews beforehand and now I can say for myself to be true, the menu is rather limited and portions are meager to say the least, food is a bit different maybe a region in Italy I haven't visited as of yet, for example the pizza and the brushetta not what I'm used to, not bad just different and again small servings . I find this rather odd as Italian are passionate about their food and generous portions. I say abundance in Italian cuisine is key! I enjoyed the bottle of wine and after dinner drinks, dinning with my family and friends, atmosphere and service wonderful! Was it enough for me to return? Probably not, too many other places to try.

Simple, well prepared Italian food combined with great service. Execution and presentation is always wonderful. A wonderful place to visit for a relaxing evening - particularly when the weather is warm and the outside tables are active.

I arrive at this unique restaurant often since I like the ambiance that is characterizes this restaurant. The staff is exceptionally friendly and professional. The service is exceptionally efficient. Needless to say, the food you eat is excellent. I ate there more than once and I was always happy. The expense is decent. I suggest this place to all my friends.

Got 2 dinners & a whole bottle of wine for $50. Good music, food, service & romantic with an inexpensive price. Their Ciabatta garlic toast is the best!

Low key and comfortable place for classic but not played out italian, well prepared and at a fair price. Call ahead as they stay busy.

A smaller menu but had good high quality choices. I'd suggest making a reservation because it's a smaller dining room and fills up quickly.

Great atmosphere and friendly staff. There was no wait at 6:00pm on a Friday night. The food was pretty good, especially for the prices. If you would like to try Italian beers, this place has a variety of options, as well as your domestic and local craft beer. The wine selection seems very good, I'm not a wine fan but the list was long and diverse. Our pizza was great, as was the pasta we ordered. If you want to enjoy somewhere you have never been, this isn't a bad place to try. Give it a go, I know I'll be back!

This place finds the perfect balance between being fancy but not too fancy and casual but not too casual. Food is always excellent. Wine list is not extensive but always good choices.
