Have a Spanish coffee best around. all of the bar tenders are great. Dan Robbie and Matt are the best.

Great classic flavors here. Lasagna sits for 24 hours before serving. They make a different risotto every day, cooked well. Nice happy hour as well as dinner.

Fantastic wine and the best Italian food I've ever had! Such a fun building too; moody lighting, great decor, comfortable seating. Highly recommend.

Great food. Awesome bartenders and delicious cocktails. Love Il Bistro. My favorite spot for drinks after a show in Seattle.

Great service and well seasoned food. Needs to be warmer. Background music was foreground (too loud at back of dining room).

Great atmosphere dining, low lights, romantic. Food is good. Service is friendly.

Great spot for Italian food and a late hang. The room is worth the visit, (think Rick's Cafe American in Casablanca.) No TV's to distract you from talking with folks, (remember that?) A true urban vibe in an increasingly disintegrating culture.

I've only ever had drinks with friends here so I can't say anything about the food. House red is great, they make a mean gin and tonic and they are open late on a week night, which is nice. The covered patio is a great place to hang with friends.

All around wonderful establishment. Been on vacation in the Seattle area for about two weeks now, and was suggested this place by a local. We have come back time after time and everything was excellent each time. Drinks are incredible, food is astounding, and service is lovely. Happy hour or dinner, you can't go wrong here.
