Hwy 55 Burgers Shakes & Fries

My favorite place ever. Man the burgers and Phillies are so good. The sweet tea is real and made just right. I love the frozen yogurt too try a sample of the flavor of the day. Good service always and I also collect the rewards on my hwy 55 app for free items.

It's been a while since I've been close to a Hwy 55, so I was ecstatic when this one popped up on the map. I brought a couple of friends with me tonight and they loved it! They had never been to one before. Our waitress, Chrysler, was fantastic! I was very impressed with the cleanliness as well. Oh, and of course the food was amazing... like always! Walking in felt like coming home. I will be back.

Never disappointed in our food selections. Their custard of the day banana split was delicious!

Food was good but the service was slow for refills and there weren't many people in the restaurant. Had to ask for refills.

Superfriendly staff. I had a Li'l size shrimp burger and a shake. The shake was really good, made with real fruit! Staff was tentative and fast.

I hadn't tried this place before, nor heard of it before. It's kind of like a 5 Guys mixed with Johnny Rockets. 50s feel, with burgers, chicken, and hot dogs. The food was pretty good for the price and staff was friendly. Definitely a super casual place, a step above fast food. I'd come back for a quick meal, and to try the milkshakes.

Hwy 55 has a great atmosphere, great food, and wonderful people! Every time we come here, we're greeted by smiles and happy demeanors. I love a good old fashioned American diner, and this place definitely takes the cake! Grab anything off the menu--you won't be disappointed. :) (The gravy fries are BOMB DIGGITY)

Fantastic food every time. You cant beat Hwy 55. Clean table, clean floor and delicious food! Our waitress Ashley was the best. Very nice and pleasant to talk with. I highly recommend this restaurant.

The best chopped steak dinner in town. Great burger too. They are priced reasonably.

Overall it was a above average experience. The onion rings were great. The Poboys were above average but needed something to make them stand out. The wait staff was friendly but again didn’t stand out. Everything about this visit felt like hey it’s good but not memorable to make you want to keep coming back. Is it a bad thing, no but in this market you have to have that one thing that keeps customers coming back.

Very delicious food. The shrimp sandwich and the milkshakes are delicious! The service is fast, not very busy. Very cool environment.
