Great food at a decent price Liked the look of the place, rustic Japanese. The food is very fresh and was served quickly.Seems some people have had slow service. We didn’t have that issue. We were in here late afternoon however, not super busy.Would come back here for sure.

The food isn't bad but not amazing either; there are many other Japanese/Asian cuisine restaurants that are much better. The service was quick though and the atmosphere feels cozy and Japanese.

Loved the rice bowls! Healthy, inexpensive, fast! I could have eaten one every day! Vancouver is an expensive city but this place, to my surprise, was extremely reasonably price! I still would have paid more because the food was really good.

I had one of the stone plate dishes but it was really just a plate of burnt rice. My husband had spicy noodles which was okay but could have been better especially for the price. I did like the vibe of the place. It’s small and traditional. They staff were very friendly and helpful and the portion size was reasonable too. It’s somewhere I would probably like to visit again to order something that doesn’t come in a hot plate.

Food is good (I really like that it isn't sweet), love the sticky rice.

The food is not bad. But the management is bit of a chaos especially on a busy day. Had to wait 20 minutes for my food, and the kitchen misread the order from one server’s handwriting and had to take another 5 minutes to replace it. Overall if you like Korean food and Korean style Japanese food it’s okay, just don’t come on a Friday night.

Food served here is delicious. Place is not chic but hyhiene is maintained. Staff is nice.

I went there with my friend for lunch about two weeks ago. The food tastes really good and the price is reasonable too!! I would recommend the spicy ramen for people who love spicy food!

The food is great, the prices are better. Don’t come in here expecting super attentive service or seating with any privacy (you’ll be sharing a table or sitting facing the wall at the bar). It’s an excellent place for lunch if you’re just eating by yourself and don’t want to be bothered. Definitely not where you want to go if you’re having lunch with someone and want to have a conversation.
