9 Spices Indian Cuisine

First visit. Went with family. Kids liked it as well as adults. Veg food was ordered and nonveg as well. All came out very good. Service was acceptable and above average. Not very expressive either. Will visit again. Keep it up.

Great Food and Nice people - lots of options indochinese, Punjabi, south Indian traditional.

Went for Dosa night expecting wide variety of dosa’s but it was not exactly that as no live counter dosa was there and even variety was not of much quality. Small dosas and very less filling. Other options in the buffet were all empty not regularly filled.

It was great meal from 9 spice ballantyne lunch meal thali perfect for person . It’s great start from new management

I stopped by this restaurant in Ballantyne today. Seems like recently opened. I tried their special unlimited Thali and my girl tried their unlimited Dosa buffet. Thali was really awesome and they had good decent buffet spread of tiffin on buffet. Spinach Vada, idly, kara pongal, vegetable Pulao, wide spread of Dosa and macaroni payasam....... #Awesome food #Decent pricing #fabulous service. I highly recommend this place as I become my favorite food and for sure visit frequently.

Loved it! My wife and I have had some experience with Indian cuisine, but my 2 children have not. The manager and server each fully explained several dishes based on what my kids may like. All of our dishes were a hit. This is definitely traditional Indian food. They do both Northern and Southern Indian food to perfection.The restaurant is in the Fountains Plaza and has plenty of parking, even during a weekend peak time. The restaurant is extremely clean. You can tell the owner and managers take pride in their restaurant. They had a big screen TV that played Indian music videos. The prices were very good given the generous portion size. We were all impressed, even my finicky kids.

Abrao was very helpful and recommended a fantastic tandoori chicken. It came sizzling on a cast iron skillet. He gave me salad instead of rice as I eat a low carb diet. Fantastic restaurant!

Worst place in Charlotte to have indian food. If you like to eat left over from someone's kitchen I strongly recommend this place.They served me 2 briyanis, rice was little hot, but stiff like frozen..egg was probably in sub zero temperature. Chicken was watering out after it was served, this normally happens when you keep a frozen food outside.(attached pics)I request mecklenburg health department to review the food safety of this restaurant.
