Bad customer service I sow the police tonight for problems with some customers.

Horrible to get in and out of. Be prepared to wait 15 minutes inside to get anything, because they are so slow. If that wasn't bad there are always drunk/messed up people in here causing problems. The only reason I ever rarely stop here is because I work close by. Avoid it if you can and go up the street to shell

The employee with the glasses driving a Chevi SUV unprofetional , nasty ,rude , complain for everything , make customers wait long time , racist with spanish people , liars , i dont recomend it

There’s an employee there KATHRYN that has an attitude EVERY SINGLE TIME I’ve been in this store. This particular time I asked for a bag for my purchases & she threw the bag on the counter &I then asked her what her problem was & why she had an attitude every time I’ve been in the store. She then tried to keep my merchandise, which I had already paid for, & keep my receipt as well. After I asked for my receipt, calming I might add, she then pulled out her phone as if she was going to call the authorities for her bad customer service. I’m beyond sick of retail workers trying to use law enforcement against ppl of color when they are in fact in the wrong. I Will be reporting this incident & employee to corporate headquarters.

Good afternoon, I write to write my annoyance with an employee there named Katherine who took pictures without my consent being this illegal, and they tell me that the lady has had problems with everyone, please take letters on the matter thanks

I just got really bad esperience days ago I pump Gas I went on the restroom and my way back To my car I found one of the employee taking Pictures of my car lisence plate . So I asked what was ll about and she was rude nd disrespectful Q

Started price gouging over 2$ for a classic coke I work construction with dozens of guys none of us will be supporting 7 eleven any time in the near future

The only reason I’m giving a 3 star is bc of the gentleman that helped me today by the name of Daniel which is new to the store and I hope he doesn’t get ran off like the rest. I have been coming here off and on (just bc I refuse to keep dealing with the attitude) for almost two years and the unprofessionalism from Maria is uncalled for! She is just nasty, and I do understand they are constantly busy but there’s no reason as to why she should be this rude to any customer. She needs to be retrained! She is nasty to customer and that’s not all she is also rude and nasty to the store staff as well!!

Gets busy in the parking lot during morning and lunch times. Seems like a lot of Uber and Lyft drivers camp out at this location too. I like the hot bar items. Lots of stuff you dont see at other 7-11s

I was there yesterday after getting lost with the construction being done. The place was packed and it was obvious the familys wonderful demeanor with all the customers make it a very popular place. She gave wonderful directions to the airport and they have free donuts with a coffee purchase. Wonderful place to go if you miss the TIA exit (easy to do as the exits are poorly marked)

ADEL owner of store was extremely rude

Bad customer service the lady on the night shift is rude and harassment me. Many people buying there also told the same thing
