The place is dirty, nobody uses manners, no greeting, no nothing, no customer service. Just whatever location w/ employees who hate their jobs. Gas pumps are super slow n gross.

When I was there I had to go in to get my receipt, which is not a big deal but it is a little annoying. Also it was pretty dirty. But all seven elevens have the best slushys they are so good, they are pretty much my childhood. Also the cashier was fairly nice.

Called to ask a question. Person kept hanging up on me. Really bad attitude. Called and they would pick up

Poor customer service need to hire new people plus bums always asking me for change not a good image for Orlando

The only reason I gave 2 🌟s is the ☕ but kno the ☕ bar was so nasty. The cappuccino machine was so scary lookin (filthy) I just settled for ☕. I was shocked at the amount of trash littering the entire outside with overflowing 🗑. It's 5:20am and my store n grounds wouldn't ever b allowed to get anywhere near this filthyNot to mention... notice on my receipt not charged for my ☕Risky... Disappointing... If you can wait n go a few more blocks there's another convenience gas down the street...

A decent 7/11, it does what you expect it to do. Good location at Americana and John young, and near a Publix and McDonald's. I had no problem, though the space is limited for the busy location.

Be prepared. Homeless people beg for $ here. Got asked by 3 people while waiting for the tank to fill. Management cannot do anything about it.
