Terrible customer service! My daughter and I went to 711 today to redeem a coupon that she received by Law Enforcement for a free slurpee that did not have any expiration date or anything and on the coupon it states for any franchisee and store manager to honor the coupon. Well Lily the cashier there refused to honor the coupon and was very rude about it when talking to my 10 year old. I was shocked about how rude she was. Whoever is the owner for this franchise needs to straighten up their workers and get it together before you start losing customer and eventually lose your business.
