It was so weird to have to break up an argument between a customer and what appeared to be a manager. The manager was so rude and treated the customer without any dignity and respect. The customer was an older lady from the community. It appeared that she was sharing her bad experience at the store from earlier in the day. And the manager kept arguing with her about her experience. To the point where I had to step in and break it up. I was waiting in line to be rung up. The cashier who was taking care of me did not know how to ring up my item so we were both stuck. When I broke up the argument, the manager then proceeded to have an attitude with me. Who is responsible for correcting this behavior. If the manager is acting like that, then I can’t even imagine what they get away with. Our community in Quincy Point is very friendly and we don’t need this kind of business.

This was absolutely terrible the workers were so awe fully rude to me when trying to buy a big gulp I hate this 7-11.TAKE YOUR BUISNESS ELSEWHERE!!!!

Not like most 7elevens since they're selection on electronics, ear buds, wireless ear buds, chargers ect are limited. Expect to spend $30 & up. This is the type of 7eleven you will have to call ahead a time to see what they have in stock even with perishables& so fourth. Keeping up with their stock seems to not be a priority.

I came to this location at 8:15 wanting a piece of pizza or maybe a beef patty or even a hot dog and I had nothing ready everything was clean sanitize as if there weren't even open so I went to grab a coffee same thing clean sanitize like they weren't even open and very disappointed I'll never stop here again and I'm also calling corporate about this because it's not the first time it happened I think they're too busy trying to get home rather than serving their loyal customers never again

Employee at that 7-11 named Natuam yelled at a 10yr old for walking down an aisle that wasn’t blocked off, and the guy continued to argue and pout about it to the 10 yr old. Grow up.
