Person named mustefa is the only one working there. He was talking on the phone half the time so i couldnt ask him any questions. He didnt know how the points worked with the mobile app. Waste of my time.

Scammed at this location: I asked the clerk to put $24 on my MBTA card for 10 train rides -- I then went to use the card once and was fine but then went to use it a second time and it said it had no funds, to my ensuing embarrassment & delay on the train. Took me a bit to figure out the clerk pocketed the rest of the $, minus 1 ride. -- Avoid this place if you want to retain faith in good humans. --

While the staff are friendly, the stock is not rotated enough and I have gotten several stale items over the last year, most notably chocolate. Many of the chocolate items I've purchased have had the white rind of age and were very clearly spoiled.

My husband is always come in for a drink or snack. The owner asked him" how your business doing? My husband said it's fine. Then the owner said " I thought you are gonna said it's not doing good then I'll say that's too bad"...You don't start greeting customer by asking them how your's business doing Then you gave them an ignoring attitude There are a competition up the street.. we can go another 7- eleven instead!

On Multiple occasions I’ve tried to purchase gift cards from this location and the staff was not trained on how to refill any gift cards that were on display from amazon to prepaid cellphone cards. What a waste of time and bad customer service.
