7-Eleven

7 eleven located in Carmel Commons have been going there almost everyday for 6 months. Tonight paid for a beer and it ripped through the brown bag shattered on the ground less then 5 min later store owner very rude would not replace. Spend far to much money here daily you would think they would replace right?? WRONG!! Bad customer service 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

I go here everyday and the employees are always nice! If you go on enough they will recognize you and call you but name and ask how everything has been. They're always busy, which is a good sign, and gas pumps are easy to use

Had a situation in which the pump mistakenly charged me for premium gas, instead of regular. I left my contact information and the owners called me back. They gave me a gift card for the difference which was $10.!!! Great customer service.

The people who work here are rude, don't go here they try to over change on items! Horrible service!

Horrible place, im never coming back!I was ok with the bad, unfriendly and slow, costumer service of the two kids they work in the third shift. But sleeping on the job?!!!!!im done with this place.

One dude who works their is nice. Everyone else including the owner who triple parks are worth driving right past to the next gas station.

The employees at this 7 -Eleven always make me feel like family. They are Awesome people and always a joy! Honestly I choose to get my gas from here because of the wonderful people and not because of the prices! Customer service is Everything.💯

Very bad costumer service, the white lady on the cashier is racist and moodie she treated very bad my girlfriend today, since she’s a foreign exchange student her pronuncionation might not be the best but she gets along with everybody including work and school. I wonder how they treat tourists and people that don’t speak English as their first language. Very disappointed, this is the closest gas station to my home will have to drive a little bit extra to avoid this.

Sams mart not 7 eleven

I came at 8 a.m. this morning for coffee, and Edward was there. I came again at 1 p.m. to collect beverages and snacks for my team at work and Edward was also there. I just came tonight at 9:45 for some wine and some snacks for myself, and Edward was still there! I have lived in the area for a couple of years and this is my continued experience of Edward. But today was the longest day I have ever seen, and with the holidays and the fact that he was so pleasant and smiling just made me really have to say he is exceptional!The reality is that this has been my experience of Edward for a couple of years now, and I think it's finally time I documented it! I hope you recognize and appreciate this man for the rock that he is!

The man working is no care to what I need and all time they don't have Marlboro red and the gas pump is not working always say see The cashier all service is very bad
