While waiting in line the was there was a white lady employee getting mad at a customer for paying with cash , she was like "wow now i have to count the change " then she said "i hate this store and this job " . I felt bad for the customer for being mistreated . Other than that luckily the other employee took care of me i got my blunts.

Paid for my hotdog and chicken wings. Was told they don't have any and refused to give me my money back

I have seen multiple mice. The manager is a guy who doesn't know what he's doing. Night before last I saw a employee tell a customer that his mom was a ape. He told this to a black man. I know that there are good employees but I think they are run into they quit. The don't have adequate help. And there's only one guy on over nights. Who works hard but is disrespected. I heard that he quit this morning. I won't be back. And I'll tell others not to visit that store. I like going to your stores overall but that has put a bad taste in my mouth. I hope you read this.

I bought a pack of juul pods from this 7-11 that were clearly fake. I went inside to confront them and they told me there was nothing they would do. These are Chinese knockoffs and I’m not going to put that inside my body. Go literally anywhere else

Used to be nice, but has recently gone downhill in the past week or two. Vagrants and junkies are starting to run it over and there is no security to make you feel like your not going to be mugged while waiting in the long line!

Bought a breakfast sandwich at 10 am. Got back to my desk at work and it was lukewarm and hard. Just took it back at 12 and was told without a receipt I cannot get an exchange. The guy who sold it to me was not there and the assistant manager made it seem like I was lying because I couldn’t fully describe the worker. Like I just found an old sandwich off the street and tried to exchange it or something. Smh horrible customer service.
