7-Eleven

Customer in front of me bought several items and the cashier just looked to get the line moving. The guy asked for a bag and the cashier asked for 25 cents after the transaction took place. I then offered to pay for it because I wanted to get the ball rolling. Thing is, COMMON SENSE. It’s makes me want to own a 7-eleven because you can hire a anyone with a quarter of a brain to run the show.

Bought my usual coffee and taquitoes after Sunday tennis at the Hmb ritz. My kid wanted an empty coffee cup but the clerk wanted to charge $1.75 for it. Debated the idiocy of charging that much with him but we were in a hurry so I just paid it. The clerk wasn't the usual dude with the mustache. That will be the last time I buy anything there again. Ever.

Customer service is non existent and can be quite rude

My motorcycle broke down at this 7-eleven and I didn't know what to do. I couldn't afford a tow, but the clerk wouldn't let me leave my bike overnight until an auto store opened so that I could buy a new battery. Very unhelpful and hard to deal with. I thought that a gas station in a small town like half-moon bay would be more understanding than this. I'm from Colorado, so maybe this is just the way things are here. I'm still holding onto hope that there are some hospitable people on the west coast.

03/11/20 Asked Indian clerk if he was wiping down coffee machines. Just smiled. Asked him if he spoke English. Shook his head aimlessly. Never spoke a word of english. Making coffee at home for awhile or going elsewhere. Night shift guy is cool.

Awesome and perfect store because u will buy anything u wants

On Saturday, July 6 2013 at 8:05 AM, I purchased an item for $6 and change. I handed the clerk a $20 bill. He gave me back $3 and some change, and then walked away. I told him I gave him a $20. He said I gave him a $10. He walked back to the cash register and took out a used $10 bill. REALLY?? I am very sure I gave him a fairly new $20. I'm very meticulous about how I keep my money in my wallet. I had no proof. I walked out. I should have called the police. I will never return to this store again.

Poor attitude from the guy named jenaro working today right now. Not only was he rude but had the nerve to continue it on with the person next in line like how old are you man. Grow up and quit with the kid games. SMH 🤔
