Charge extra from the normal price. Ask why and was just told that I didn’t know and that he did.

New 'manager' cant even stay off the phone long enough to successfully complete a transaction. Pays attention to his companion on his iphone headset and cant comprehend requests from the customer at the counter. I had to ask 3 times for the item behind the counter I wished to purchase for him to grasp the words I was saying due tp his confusion of words from the phone line . POOR customer service from management. He has even argued on an item's marked price with me on another visit. Sir, if you read this review, please take it to heart you need to upgrade your customer service skills.

Charges more than the price listed, and when confronted he rips the signage out and says there, now the price is what I say it is. Sorry, but it doesn't work that way dude.
