The worst experience I have ever had. I called to ask a simple question and was completely disarmed by the the incompetence and low knowledge of the English language buy the person on the phone. I asked a question 3 different times and was hit the response of no clear understanding of a simple and hung up on. I've rolled this 7-11 a couple of times and have never been satisfied with the customer service. The worst place I have ever been.

They were nice enough to let me warm up my come soup. But I didn't like the sign that said don't give pan handlers money for your safety. Really? At least there asking as hungry as some of them are your lucky they don't hit you in the head and take it.
