7-Eleven

In the past three months since moving near by everytime walking in this store,it this same rude lady who acts like she doesn’t want to work there .customer service is not a quality at this store.it’s sad she is even rude to the kids that come in there. so for now on I will continue making sure she gets notice. I’m sending secret shoppers with hidden cameras and will be publicly putting her out and making sure corporate see her in action on multiple occasions .7-Eleven is a trip I make every morning and every night so you telling me I have to go all the way to another 7-Eleven just not Deal with me Debby downer. one thing I hate is negative energy.she is to old to working at 7-Eleven and behave the way she does for all that she need to be sent in the back of the freezer stocking all day because being the face of the store is not a good look.

Very rude lady told me to take off my ear phones and get off my phone and kept telling her co worker, very loud I wish people weren't on their phone when buying something. I can do what ever I want when buying something I am the customer, and y'all provide the customer service! You need to higher employees who provide better customer service, acting all ghetto really be professional at a workplace!
