7-Eleven

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. They keep the raw sugar behind the counter and limit the amount you can have. I have complained 3 times. Each time the manager/owner assures me that she has spoken to the staff but they continue to ration sugar and become argumentative when you request more than 3-4. THE WAY TO INCREASE PROFIT IS TO INCREASE CUSTOMER SERVICE (which increases patrons), NOT DECREASE SUGAR. This 7-11 is around the corner from my house but I will ride 1 mile out of the way to avoid them.

The store is both clean and highly innovated with its use of ample customer seating. The staff is professional and very helpful!

The store location is ideal and the staff are friendly. The food is always fresh whenever I go and being able to sit at the tables is one of the best features.

Asian woman that works on Mondays at around 3pm is rude and dismissive.

The lady named Seble is very rude with customers she threw one of the things I was getting, coffee taste old and the always are out of coffee... very bad experience.

The store is always clean and the staff are nice :D

Poor quality of service

Great parking spaces. Different environment from other stores. They have the seating area. Clean and organize. Staffs are nice with great customer service.

This is the fanciest 7-eleven ever. Great selection and staff.

Worst 711 I’ve ever been too. There was on Ethiopian lady working and she accused me of stealing an ice cream and i had only one ice cream and my phone. She was so disrespectful, her name was Abeba.

I’m not sure what the complains with customer service is.. this is by far my favorite 7-11 to go to! It’s always super clean and the Ethiopian staffs are so courteous and friendly (though not sure why people pointed out the Ethiopian staffs cuz ALL their staffs are awesome!) Plenty parking space is a plus! My favorite quick stop when I’m stuck on the Pike!

This store is a clean and organize store. All the staff are very friendly and customer service is great! Every time I buy my slurpee at this 7-11, it always ON POINT! And this 7-11 includes a seating area to drink your slurpee or eat your food. I recommend this 7-11.

There are only ethipoean people that work there and the one Ethiopian lady approached me and was very disrespectful she told me that I don't leave things on the counter if I don't want to purchase it. She approached me like she wanted to FIGHT and when I called in to report her she refused to give me her name and hung up on me. Will not be purchasing anything else from there

Love this location!Clean, spacious, and most importantly the staff are very friendly and provide great customer service.
