Went into store on 12/26/2014 around 11A.M. to get a coffee. The store wasn't all that clean. There were 8 urns all of which contained maybe a 1/4Cup measure of coffee in each I managed to get 18oz of a 20oz cup. I told the cashier/owner there was no coffee left and proceeded to pay for what I had. She ask if I would like a muffin. I politely declined. She then insisted I needed a muffin as if a cup of coffee was not a big enough purchase. I said "NO!", payed and left. When I got into my car and sipped the coffee it ws stone cold! This is not the first time 7-Eleven has disappointed me. Since I'm from the Pa. area I prefer Wawa or Sheetz.

Went to the store at 6:25 in the morning of 3/27/2017. The cashier told me that bananas wasn't 2 for dollar and charge a 1$ a piece. I showed him the sign and he got loud, very aggressive and still didn't honor the price. Also would give me the manager name. Be carful when you go there. I wouldn't ever again.

Witnessed a male manager berating a female employee for not doing her job right, in front of customers. You dont tell someone they are doing something wrong and yell at them in front of your customers you do this when customers aren't around. I hope your female employee sues 711 for such disrespectful treatment. I have already called your corporate number and reported this to them.

This is by far the cleanest, most well-stocked and friendliest service 7-Eleven in the D.C. Metro area. I always leave there with a smile on my face.
