I was very upset an disappointed at the service i had with the 711 this evening. The owner was standing all over the place on the phone bein rude had people in store mad at him an children under 15 behind the counter being responsible with peoples money ,tabaccoo products an all while he merely stood there with a line out the door an took no action. Smh. Horrable.

Great service!!!! The cashiers were so nice and helped me carry stuff to my car and helped me find anything i needed i was blown away by the service

I mean you just can't go wrong by 7-Eleven got practically everything you need from your everyday staples all the way to emergency stuff I think they really have it all

Got lost coming home from Longwood, and wanted to come home without getting on I-4. The lady working there, took the time to help me find my way to Hwy 46, despite being very busy. Cannot thank her enough, as we took several wrong turns prior to stopping at this 7-Eleven. Sorry I did not get her name in my frustration. Hope she reads this.. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

PLEASE!! DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS STORE! I just had the worst, most humiliating experience of my life. The manager, Jen, is a horrific human being whom should NEVER have gotten into customer service. The clerk/store made a mistake with my amex Bluebird card, and now I am out $31.00 -all the money I have in the world - until it gets put back in my account in a few DAYS. I am a hard working, yet poor (thus the Bluebird) woman and now I have nothing. I BEG...please bypass this store and go to the one just a couple miles away on 17-92. This despicable "manager" even refused to tell me who owned the franchise or who her boss was. Don't trust this store with your hard earned money, please. No one can help me, but maybe I can save someone else from what I went through.

Place and employees are deplorable, unfortunately forgot why I wasn't coming to shop at this location. Shame on me.

May need to stop being cheap and hire more people, standing line for almost 10mins in a gas station is a bit much especially while the cashier is too busy having a personal conversation.

This is my go to spot because it's right by my house. Tonight, I had a heavy set, middle aged, white woman cashier with extremely poor social skills. More details can be provided upon request. 7-11 needs to have better training, better assistance for employees with diverse abilities, and better employee screening so that management can spot possible issues that may hinder the goals of 7-11. If 7-11 doesn't step in to improve this woman's social skills (I'm talking bare minimum skills) I feel like I must take my business 4 miles out of my way to Wawa. If anything, she needs to be on day shifts where she can be carefully watched by management/coworkers until she is ready to be on her own.

Just got my free slurpee & 5 for $4 deal... Employees were nice and friendly

Worst customer service Do not go there Ashley the girl working is the most disgusting and disrespectful worker I ever met in my life If the owner cares about his shop need to check her camera this afternoon and see how she disrespected a customer and told her to leave and said she don't care if I talk to the manager or notDo not go there if you have respect for your self

Three cashiers arguing on a draw count no focus or customer service. Could careless about service. Never go back
