Very busy 7-11

Employees went above and beyond when I purchased 2 soft pretzels. You will struggle to find better service.

The Staff is unfriendly and racist. They practically followed me around the store. I came in at 3:00am. I’m not gonna spend my money here again.

RACIST A** PPL. I WENT IN HERE AND BROUGHT A DRINK TODAY AND IT WAS FLAT SO I ASKED THAT HE ALLOW ME TO GET A DIFFERENT DRINK AND HE SAID NO I'D HAVE TO BUY ANOTHER. I THEN WALK TO THE THE FREEZER TO SEE IF THEY HAD A DIFF DRINK THAT I WANTED , HE THEN ACCUSES ME OF STEALING. NOT TO MENTION I COME HERE EVERYDAY AND IM A LOYAL CUSTOMER. I WILL BE CONTACTING CORPORATE BC YOU GUYS ARE RACIST AS HELL.

I wanted to cash in a $3 scratch off today and buy another from their machine.I was told by the cashier that the state of Pennsylvania closes down the lottery on this holiday..Since I was from out of town I believed him.Only bad experience I have had in Philly.

This 7-11 is terrible. He charged me almost $2 each for a Black and Mild (Casino) and he tried to sell me a sausage when I asked for a cheeseburger. He didn't even give me my change, but shood me out of the store. I'll be going to the one at Juniper & Market from now on. Doesn't he realize that I can tell potential customers how he behaved? Three thumbs down! 👎👎👎

Supposed to be opened 24hrs a day. Just went there and the man told me they are closed now which is 2am and reopen at 5am. False advertisement. Please don't say open 24hrs a day.

There's a poor man at the entrance of the establishment who opens the door, and expecting a tip. Panhandlers should not be near the entrance. That's why they have a one star rating from me. I rather be in another 7Eleven.

I was here late on Christmas Eve night/ early Christmas morning. My friends and I stopped here on our walk home from the bar. A homeless man asked us if you could spare any money. I’m not one who likes to give them cash. I told him I would purchase a coffee or hot beverage for him, because it’s nice to help someone in need, it was cold out as well as Christmas. The cashier was telling him he needs to leave the store cause he is not a “real” customer. And give him attitude for no reason what so ever. Great job 7-11 for horrible customer service. At the end of the day we are all human and need to treat each other with respect. I will no longer be giving any busy to 7-11 and we will start going to wawa down the street.

I like the people who work there,typical convenient store

I was here on May 17th and was sold prepared food that expired May 6th. It was moldy. Over 10 days expired! Gross.

I'm an employer in a nearby office building to The 7 eleven located at 12th and Chestnut Street. The store is literally adjacent to the Mitchell & Ness on 12th Street in Center City Philadelphia. I periodically visits this particular store location for odvious reasons but I usually will just leave out without any purchase if certain employers are working inside. I was there today during my lunch break and I saw a customer walk out abruptly and said that he does not like to purchase anything from stores when the customer service is not good. I stopped the gentleman and told him that I follow the same theory when dealing with Merchants. We both agreed that the guy working the register was extremely rude and lack in customer service skills. I asked the employer his name to make sure that I avoid the store when he is working. However he refused to give his name so I took a picture of him for my personal recollection.👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Bad service...all the products that werr stacked in the freezer had the wrong price and in the end, after repeating three times, and assured they have put the utensils in the bag, I left the store with an ice cream that melted by the time I got home .
