Very bad experience. Bought a gift card "League of Legends" for my little cousin and it was not properly activated. I spent 10$ for useless card. No co-operation from the staff to help me resolve this. I will never go there again!

The employee was really rude to the customers including my husband and in front of my kids. My husband told him to calm down and greeted the employee in hindi and also my husband told him my wife is Indian too. So I walked in and employee calmed down. We got in the car and asked my kids if they got napkins since they bought hot dogs, they said no, so I went back in and seen the employee just frustrated with the guy who came to deliver beers, employee was just throwing the stuff around. I feel like since its summer time, u guys need to hire another employee since it's really bz and talk to the employee to learn how to calm down.

If i could rate 0 stars i would. Terrible customer service. Also the Prices on EVERYTHING is marked up because of the area. I wouldnt wish this place on my worst enemy. Do yourself a favor and just find a better store to go to.

Worst place ever and the employee named harry is a very rude person. He should first learn basic respect before being let to deal with customers in the service industry. The coolers are leaking and he doesn't even care when brought to his attention. I was just trying to help.

Harry the worse 7 11 employee! His behavior toward customers is out of control. He should not be working at a store dealing with customers.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who noticed the prices. I went in for a Monster and this dude wanted 3.99 for a single can! I was looking for an explanation maybe it was 2 for $4...nope. Started looking around some more and even the Rockstar was like $3.79 for 1 can. I walked right out of there

I am constantly harassed here, if you're looking for a way to make yourself uncomfortable go ahead and walk in alone. The only time I wasn't spoken to was when I was with somebody else. The employees really need to tone the flirting down and learn how to take the "I have a boyfriend, I am not interested" and just give up.

Apparently, this place doesn't do inventory...ever. Bought two items: rancid smell when I opened the chips, with good reason, since they are a year past expiration; juice wasn't expired but was 7-11's brand, and I'd rather not chance drinking something with mold growing on the bottle mouth...viscosity of the contents also seemed oddly chunky?Clerk was also too busy trying to sneakily use his phone to operate the cash register properly, slowing down a line of people waiting to buy spoiled food.Total price also seemed higher than expected, but I didn't get a receipt, nor was I offered one.Suggestion: Drive on by to the next convenience store, this place doesn't deserve your money.

When I got there it was so uncomfortable because the employee was looking at me and my cousins the whole time. This mf also accused my cousin of stealing. Never going back.

Hotdogs and slurpees

The guy in there would not take my money told me I was hiding when I was looking at the DVDs I told him that I didn't place the DVDs back there then when he found out I was going to give him a review he told me then I can buy my my my merchandise his name is simarron he told me he on the store I highly doubt it there's absolutely horrible place

Avoid if possible. They don’t honor their advertised deals and the service was terrible. I tried telling the clerk that he had charged me full price for a two-for deal and he just said no, when I tried showing him their own sign showing the deal he just sat there and stared at me with no response. After one more try I finally asked him to refund me the drinks only to find out later that he had refunded me my cheap water rather than the more expensive energy drinks.

Crazy expensive prices, also the prices don't match the stickers. 6 bucks for a water and a pack of gum....

I wish I could give negative stars. The guy behind the register wouldn't accept my bf's id when he tried to buy cigarettes (he's trans and hasn't been able to change his name yet) and f***ing CALLED THE COPS ON HIM. His face is still the same as his photo. He's home and having a panic attack right now and he won't let me get in the car and go over there myself to tear into this guy. There's a nicer older guy who usually works there and he's okay but right now I hate everything about this place.
