Wish there was a ZERO STAR option....Some of the people that work here have the worst customer service skills EVER, I mean yes its a 711 but do you want people to come back to your store? Every other night they give you hard time about the lottery machines being "off" because they don't want to fool with it. And then they are rude on top off that....How are the machines off at 9:55 at night? I went to another store right next door and played, so I guess the machines only cut "OFF" at this store.....

I come in every morning and get the and rude response from the old Lady with the gray hair. If you are black don't waste your time coming in here, they only act polite to the whites smh. I'll just go to the one off of Plank. They actually greet you
