7-Eleven

This morning at 5am, the Clerk Kathleen was using her bare hands to pick up and place donuts in cabinets. She claimed she had washed her hands. I told her she was still required to use gloves. I will not purchase donuts from there.

I can't say enough about this store other then don't go... the owner of this particular store is a known scam artist who used to put up St-Jude donation boxes and then pocket the money that people donate. I have once bought (on accident) a sandwich which has gone bad and the clerk who I am pretty sure is the owner refused to offer me a refund or at least give me a good sandwich. I would not go back.

Sells returnable cans and bottles but doesn't accept them back. Shakes head and points finger to leave if you walk in with them without saying one word. I will never spend a dime in here ever again.

Come into the store alot. They have good products. Fresh coffee. Delilah is there when I go in and shes very friendly and helpful. And she gets me in and out of the store in a timely manner which I enjoy since I'm always in a rush.

This place sale old food. The cashiers be rude to me. I have seen 2 of them pick their nose amd and sneeze in their hand. 1 cashier do not give me my correct change back sometimes. Then she acts as if I did something wrong to her. They need to be reported.

Poor service...the cashier today at 3:50pm was helpful to all white customers and very rude to me, ignoring me talking to him, while listening to earbuds, and coughing and sneezing and tried not to pay me for my lottery ticket....will never return to this store if I see him employeed here....came in to use atm, but his attitude discouraged me...will get service elsewhere...

I went in for free Slurpee day got my cup full and went to the register. The cashier told me that it doesn't start till 11am. I didn't know that there was a start time, I threw my cup out and left (If I'm going to pay for a Slurpee I would get another size). My complain is there were AT LEAST 20 people at the Slurpee Machine (mostly kids) I would think that the employees would let everyone know BEFORE they got their drinks (and wasted their cups and products) And before they had to have a bunch of disappointed children leaving their store.

Bought a picture of ice cream. Took it home, opened it and it had gone bad. Took it back and the clerk put it back on the shelf to resell!

Tried to use my rewards app for a free drink. The cashier said it wasn't working so I would have to pay for it. I said never mind, went to another 7 eleven and it worked just fine.

Air machice took 75 cents. Told clerk and he refused to refund me 75 cents for the air machone. Clerk said they did not own machine even though it said 711 all over it. Bad business.

Michelle is really nice and has a pleasant attitude. This particular store has the Pikachu limited edition straws that many others are currently out of. Will definitely go again.Oh and for the complainers about bottles, stores can sell a can with deposit and they do not legally have to provide the refund back. Blame the Michigan bottle law, not the store.

Terrible spot. Tried to get nachos with cheese from the machine that says free cheese. Lady at the counter said she had to charge for it, even though it said free. We said we didn’t want it if the free cheese was not free, so she threw it away. What a waste. Then as we were leaving we saw a rat run from their dumpster to the back of the building.

Stopped here on the way home from the DTW airport (a late flight in). Wanted a slurpee and a couple of dogs. Lady working evening shift was the nicest, most accommodating person I've met at a confidence store. No dogs on the roller. She said she could have a come ready in a few minutes and guaranteed the taste. Even said she had a fresh pizza coming out. She could have let me leave disappointed but asked questions and made suggestions that left me happy and full.

I spend a lot of money with you guy's between lottery scratch offs snacks and beer well today I was told you only take back 2 dolllars in bottles but you guys sell me 24 and 30 packs of beer that does not make sense so after today I will take my business else where and will spred the word about you guy's bad business smh
