Terrible place.... Will never go back. Two lovely lady employees named kayla and kim just accused me of stealing jumper cables less than 3 minutes after i just asked if i could return them. Once they looked at the film and realised what i truely believe they already knew, that i didnt steal the cables. They tried to get me to take the cables off the front counter and i was like no yall can keep them i dont want them.....which is why im even here to begin with. They then told me not to "catch an attitude" it was by far the most bizarre embarrassing humiliating experiance of my life, and that is saying alot....im still in shock. Going to go talk to the manager boss in the morning hopefully he fires both of them. If he doesnt i will be making a trip to their headquarters in irving. I was gonna just let it go until the dont catch an attitude comment...

Best place friendly until provoked customers like to treat the clerks bad sometimes but gots lots of returning customers that we adore we really do try to give the best but we are all human and simple common courtesy everyone can be happy
