Awful......most of there stuff was expired I saw cheese that was wet and a whole different color. The overnight night staff are overly rude...never go here.

Guy with the orange hoodie didn't want to give us our money back. He refused and gave us attitude. This was around 5:21 am in the morning. Lady with him was polite and helped us up

711 corporate are liars, a male racially profiled two young African American children on Dearborn and Harrison put them out the store while they were standing in line as their mother stood outside the store and waited for them to make their purchase. They didn't steal anything and who cared of they looked suspect there are plenty of white children that come in stores all then time who look suspect and they are not thrown out but because of the color of the two young African American children they did. Well 711 corporate said the male who did this was no longer with the company well that's a lie because he is at this store right here. We want him removed completely from all 711 stores. From downtown, South side north side suburbs etc. He is to be removed I will not spend a another dollar with them. My whole company goes in to the 711 in grace and western and spend at $1500 or more a day but this stop immediate!

I kept getting hassled by some bum in this store...after telling him for the third time he kept hanging around. After I paid he went outside and started hassling some other guy. He was a white guy, so maybe the comments of racial profiling are not unfounded! Would rate higher if they got rid of the bums...every time I go in there, there is at least one vagrant asking for money. Later in the day/evening there are at least 3 in the store!

Good prices

I live in the building connected to this 7-Eleven. It has a good selection of items but there are few issues. 1. Slow service2. The unsavory characters that beg for change and stand inside all night.3. Melted ice cream that is just left to be refrozen

The people at the cash register are awful. Extremely rude and not helpful at all.

Very rude cashiers/staff that make insane comments and/or make faces if you're wearing a suit and don't spend more then 3 bucks a visit. Seriously, one just up and told me "you're wearing a suit and you're broke?"... I was just buying 2 slices of pizza and a Arizona for lunch. The food quality is terrible to average which doesn't help. Don't patronize this place.They turn there noses up as well when someone from an urban area walks in. Again, don't patronize this place.

Terrible Service I Grabbed two Keebler Cracker packs that where on Sale 2 for a dollar this lady Proceeded to rescan the item and tell me that it wasn't on sale I went in the back and took a picture of the little sign and she still said no This lady is Rude and I don't recommend anyone coming to this 7-eleven your better of Elsewhere

Very dirty. Staff was nice while I was there. I'm pretty big on cleanliness, the Slurpee machine drip tray looked like a horrible science experiment with mildew and other grossness.

They hire racists here. In case you haven't seen the videos, they have/had a clerk who kicked out two black boys, who were waiting in line to pay for their items, and when confronted by their mother, this clerks said, "They looked suspicious." This took place at the location on Dearborn & Harrison. Tonight (June 29, 2017), another video was taken at THIS location of the same clerk, whom 7-eleven stated had been fired. This is not a place to shop if the owner or corporate manager is okay with hiring racists who racially profile children.

The cashiers lock the doors and refuse to let anyone in on overnights. I work overnights as well so its really inconvenient when you spend your break driving from 24hr convenience to 24 convenience to get an what you need and all pf the 7/11s in the area have closed at random.
