Rasist and called cops because friends were black and looked suspicious

You can quickly have a meal and not expensive to eat, such as two slices of pizza and a glass of huge Coke $ 3, if you take 2 more hot dogs, you can have a bite to eat ... the pluses end here)) As they say, not a restaurant) Beer does not sell it minus ...

Nastiest store ever.

Their chip reader never works, even when you try every card in your wallet it declines them and doesn't let you swipe. This happens every time and they're rude and unhelpful and never serve one person at one time. Stick to Walgreens down the block if you want technology that functions & actual customer service.

The workers in here are racist point blank!!!!

If I could, I'd give it a zero. I went there to buy headphones and water. Nothing more. One of the ladies in the front (I'm assuming she owns the particular franchise or is a manager.) told me "No. We don't carry that. Go to Walgreens." When she was standing right next to them. I called her out on it and she begrudgingly got the key for them. They didn't have price tags on them, so she had to scan them. My experience in retail says that's something that can incur a fine in Chicago..When she rang it up, she made a point to tell me a few times that it's not refundable. I have no intent on refunding it.Look, I know there are people that shoplift in the area. Don't assume that certain people are going to do that. Very disappointing.

This location is clearly set up for a morning coffee run, but don't expect too high of service midday. I went in and there was a person restocking who glared at me while I was trying to look for an item down the aisle she was working on.

This is the most racist people that works in this store they are darker then me but have the nerve to be racist against me. I come in the store with a work vest on that clearly shows I’m a public servant and they still follow me around and treat me as if I’m a thief and also I was in line by the lottery machine she took every white person before me until I just walked out. They should be shut down. I will never shop here and I’m leaving this review so that people will stop shopping at this 711 location.

Friendliest 7-11 in town. Great coffee station, staff bend over backwards with customer service, decent selection of items

Clerk that was working was very inattentive. He sat at the register on his phone. I basically took my own receipt after I made my purchase. The store was dirty, had an unpleasant odor. The clerk was to preoccupied with his phone question, that customers asked him questions about items he ignored them. If he did look up he watched all the African Americans with a scornful look as if they where about to steal. Smh. Never going back again, I advise others not to either. The clerk was working 11pm on February 15th 2020

Worst experience I ever had in a long time with unprofessional, rude, non-English speaking employees ever. Those #7Eleven people in that store are the worst & its Sad they give the name Brand a blackeye if ever, and will be more than happy to take my business & hard earn money elsewhere to ever be treated so disrespectfully. If I was they owner of that store I would get rid of some of those workers because they give #MichiganMile Stores the worst place to go to ever

This 711 all way's open 24-7

I always get there wing n a slushy . I always make it a point to hit up the 7-Eleven

During 7/11's 50th anniversary they claimed to have their slurpee machines out of order and "were out of small cups"... yet their machines worked and cups were in stock.
