Gene is an outstanding worker and is fabulous at customer service I always exit smiling and satisfied with the service I received He is simply the entire reason I continue to come back.

The Woman who works the graveyard is always so rude to customers lol. Not me personally but it's always a treat to go there for something in the early morning hours and behold her nasty attitude towards paying customers and overall dismissive treatment of the public. So angry and irritated, you can't help but laugh at whole situation...

The manager Gene felt an appropriate reaction to what he misconstrued as a condescending comment was to flip me off twice, swear at me, and generally act like an ass. I wasn't offended by his behavior, but I am upset with his complete lack of professionalism. If you work in customer service, regardless of where, it is never appropriate to treat customers in such a vulgar fashion. Feeling offended is no excuse to act like a child. Second star for cleanliness and Slurpee machines in good working order.

On 7-24-19 at 3:37 in the morning i was gonna buy a whole pizza.good thing I asked first if they'll warm up my pizza if i was to buy one?the employee goes sorry the oven is off and, apparently they can't turn it on to warm up a customers pizza unless they need it.its always like this at some 7-eleven but on there web page they advertise 24-7 hot pizza

On behalf of me and many of our drinking buddies who live near will no longer go here. Safeway or Fred Meyers has better customer service and cheaper. I guess the GM or someone popped out of nowhere and said no ID no sale while the clerk turns and tells him I haven't even carded them yet. Still the GM or whoever he was continued with a power trip attitude so we left. Your loss with all the resources we have around.
