Restroom is off-limits to customers regardless of needs

They charged me $1.09 for an empty cup after I bought $10 of merchandise. Cashier lady doesn't understand English. Unhappy experience

Probably one of the cleanest 7-Elevens I have ever been to! The shelves are always well stocked and the service is fast considering how packed the place can get being at such a busy intersection.

Wrost Customer Service! Cashier who is working evening shift 6:24PM !

Worst customer service We visited this store recently. We noticed a price difference on a product and informed the cashier lady. Her reply was “take it at this price or leave the store”. When we tried to explain her, all she started threatening us “get out of the store or i will call the cops”.

They have signs up saying any size coffee $1.00 with 711 card but I buy a extra large coffee and it was $2.39 .And the cookies that's in the is supposed to fresh braked but there hard is a rock.There all always out of something. But some of the cashiers are very nice.The Foreigner cashiers are rude and racist.

Great place to grab a snack or quick lunch while visiting the zoo. Conveniently located just across the street.Service is quick and courteous and a good selection of snacks and breakfast and lunch items.We've been stopping here for snacks for years when visiting.

AWFUL. Worst customer service ever. Most of the fruit is old and rotten, and the woman behind the counter fought with us when we were informing her the nacho cheese for the nachos was burnt and chunky. I tried some and it was MOLDY. And she still tried to force us to purchase it saying it was ok. She even refused to change the bag for the customers behind us. Someone needs to call the health inspector on this place pronto.

As if the prices aren’t bad enough they follow you while you’re grabbing your items. I had my toddler and two young sons with me and they practicality surrounded us while the kids searched for snacks. Avoid at all costs

Very poor service the young lady that works in the afternoon racially profiled people and i received very, very poor service from her

Great location for a quick cold treat after the zoo. The staff was friendly and managed the traffic well.
