7-Eleven

One of the male employees is extremely rude. I thought that I just caught him on a bad day one morning when making a purchase, and he made a rude comment. It wasn't until my almost purchase this morning that he stated something rude this morning. After he made the rude comment I asked him to repeat it to make sure that I heard what he said. the worker didn't, he just kept pointing at the machine for me to slide my card. I put my purchase back and left the store. I can spend my money else where.

Every morning the doors are locked and coffee is not fresh i have to be at work at 5am which for some people is a crucial time but this morning the guys walked passed the door twice before stating the coffee isnt fresh yet but the store is 24/7 this will possible be my last time coming to this store but beings though i get the same customer service from all of the downtown 7/11's i may just stop spending my money with them all together

Honestly it’s a average 7-Eleven too me, quick place to grab a snack or drink. Although their coffee section is always a mess, the staff don’t knowledge much nor greet or thank you.
