Employee has been taking a disabled woman's change monthly for well over a year now! Once a month, she went in for snacks and pop, handed them her $60-$70. Not one penny back! Criminals

I love this 711 they are fast friendly, and very efficient at their jobs despite whatever situation is thrown their way.

Yeah I don’t know not very good there’s no spot to lock bicycles which is no good being as there’s a homeless camp behind the shop and every day someone’s standing outside the shop asking for money, not that they’ll steal my bike I don’t know but it’s not worth the risk to me… also went there the other day to buy beers but the fridge was locked and they told my friend there’s no key to the fridge section. I’ll be visiting shell instead they don’t lie about access to availability of products and do allow me to park my bike inside the shop!

Not well maintained and they more for the hot food then other 7/11s in the area. They dont seem to have any of the same deals as their counterparts. Cashier was texting while trying to ring me up. Whoever owns this one needs to clean house or retrain their staff on proper work behavior.

Best 7-11 around the staff are great. I’m the manager here and I have noticed some of the reviews are actually for another store not mine we are open 24hrs and someone had stated we close at 10 that is another store on I st. If there is ever an issue please contact me at store Sunday through Friday 5 am to noon thank you for all the support from are regulars we love you all.

Great customer service on 6th and alder in tacoma

-1 star because the employe lied and said it’s Corporate policy to keep the bathrooms closed and then proceed to tell me to go cross the street and use the bathroom at the sushi place. Also please make sure to actually mop and clean the floors, they were truly disgusting and sticky.

Great place to stop in for grab and go items, and quick checkout. The nighttime workers have always been the sweetest. I work night shift and on my way home I feel comfortable enough to stop here. They don’t hold conversations for too long and remember regulars. love these guys.

im seriously crying as i write this review i ate a sandwich from this place and now I'm seriously about to die I'm nauseous but cant vomit I'm dizzy and when i move to fast i see stars I don't feel real anymore I feel like I'm not supposed to be here like I'm just visitor that should have been long gone by now. I feel terrible all the time, my chest hurts and my entire body is aching. Every breath is a effort I'd rather not make. I think all my muscles have atrophied I've taken like 800mg of ibuprofen and my head still hurts. I'm dying im literally dying. Edit: I'd love to leave a formal review but the link doesn't work
