The coffee is fine. I was really hoping for a bigger menu but was pretty disappointed in the food choices. Just not a lot. No hot options. Not even close to a full kitchen. Fine for coffee but not much more. The service was friendly.

Was so happy to find something open early-ish on a Sunday, but found out they have no decaf. How can you be a coffee shop and literally not have decaf? Cute decor, tough parking.PS-Thanks 5th Street grind for your response-what a sweet slap in the face to any pregnant women you support being able to breastfeed in your shop, so long as they drink no coffee....

Cute shop, but the pastry display case was dark and did not have corresponding prices, and I had to inquire. Would like to come back and try the coffee though.

One of the best environments I've been to for a local coffee shop. Friendliest staff and incredible coffee.

The atmosphere at 5th St. Grind is typically quiet and relaxed. While the shop itself is small and doesn't boast a large menu, the coffee is spectacular and your barista just might recommend something excellent. During my most recent visit, I overheard the barista, Joshua, talking about how much he loved his job. He was very cheerful and polite, even in the midst of some patrons who were less than pleasant. That kind of atmosphere is why I'll be coming back!

This place is awesome - I'm so glad to have it here. The baristas are so knowledgeable & friendly. I've received an education in coffee & feel like a local. Keep up the great work, y'all!

My experience at 5th St. Grind was a pleasant surprise. Many coffee shops are just copies of one of the more well known coffee companies, they have the same old drink choices, and when you've seen one, you've seen them all. This coffee shop was different. They proudly serve locally sourced coffee, the atmosphere is unique, they had some new drink options, and the more common drinks were created with more care than I've seen elsewhere. I love pumpkin-flavored coffee in the fall, and I can confidently say that the one from 5th St. Grind was the best one I've ever had.
