4th Base Restaurant

The Food was excellent, but the service was kind of strange. There isn’t a menu so the whole ordering experience is kind of a pain, but otherwise the food is top notch and the chef actually comes out and sees how you enjoyed your food and seems to genuinely care about your experience. Possibly would come back, but there are many great places around that might just top this one, but would recommend to give it a try.

Excellent food, great service. It was nice experience overall, but keep in mind there are no set prices or menu. This means very pricey. Recommended, but only for special occasions.

Very good food and service. They technically don't have a menu so they will make whatever you want, but that comes at a higher price than other restaurants. Go check it out though, I'm sure you'll love it

Fantastic service and great food!

This place has amazing food. We came an hour before a 7pm Brewers game. It was full, but service was still smooth and food came out quickly. The food itself is amazing. Highly recommend the mozzarella sticks. The "no menu" is a little intimidating, but my husband's fish fry and my bacon cheeseburger were perfection to our requests. We will be returning!

1st time here tonight. Unsure if we will come here again as tonight, at 7 p.m., there was one server for the entire bar/restaurant. It was way too slow as we waited 35 minutes after we placed our order of 4 oysters and a basic single cheeseburger for our food. Server was speedy at obtaining our drinks & was apologetic (stated that the crowd was due to post Brewers game) but she could not handle the crowd that arrived after we ordered. Wrong burger was brought out 10 minutes after my oysters so we were a bit at odds (we already waited so long, we didn't request a re-make). 4 stars since we enjoyed our food once it arrived but there should be more than one server on a Saturday evening, especially since it was game day. Surprising since this isn't their 1st year in business. We left without finishing our drinks because it was standing room only at 8 p.m. so we gave up our seats and table for other patrons. Ask for prices of everything before you order.

This restaurant is unique, as they do not have a menu. You ask them to make whatever you desire. Everything we had was delicious, especially the French dip! A bit more expensive than anticipated, but worth it.

Totally 5 stars. I’m not a local but I feelLike one when I go to 4th Base. It’s my second time and it doesn’t disappoint. No thrills , no menu, just take a go look in the food case and tell them what you want. They cook a home made meal right there. Some of the best steaks you can get . Hands down. When I ordered my food I said how about a salad? Do you guys offer a salad? The lady that was taking my order said yeah we can get you a salad what kind of dressing would you like? Before the words could get out of my mouth, the cook but I think it’s the owner, yelled in a Midwestern accent “hey I don’t think I’ve got enough salad for him I got that big order over there. I can’t be getting rid of salad.” Haha I laughed , what a great vibe.

Had lunch of a fresh salad & homemade ranch! (Yum!) along with bacon wrapped scallops & shrimp.Excellent food and service, I will definitely return here.

Don't let the looks of this place fool you. No menu but fresh meat and seafood to create your own meal. Just walk up to the meat/seafood case to see the choices and the chef will cook it however you like. This is not your typical sports bar! Food is off the charts! A little pricey but well worth it!! Can't wait for return visit!
