Awesome place!River and city view. We watched the sunset over a fabulous steak dinner. Everything was absolutely perfect and especially being our anniversary. I will highly recommend and definitely visit again. Big thanks to all that works there.

Food was Amazing, service tonight was subpar (not very attentive or timely), which is the not the normal as to what we have experienced before, but overall we had a great time.

You need to bring your Caesar's playing card to the hostess and the host can check from their station
As well, bring your Caesar's playing card to the dinner table. The server will swipe the card at their station away from the table to confirm the discount and if any other discounts exist.

That is correct. The restaurant is open to the public. Since it is over a casino you can get % off dinner by being a casino rewards member. Food is good, and the dinner rolls are something special.
