Excellent spot with great food. Would recommend to anyone willing to pay a little extra for top notch food. However, they do only serve wine and bottled beer, so if you're in the mood for a sweet cocktail, check out a different place.

Love this restaurant. Every meal is perfectly prepared and the wine by glass is a generous pour.

American food and the scene here is better than most. Super appetizing. Prices were appropriate. Kinda of like a cafe in Phoenix that I enjoyed.

We keep returning here because the food, service, and ambiance are wonderful. The portions are just right. Even though they were in the process of changing to their fall menu when we visited and were therefore out of a few menu items, there were several specials which made up for it. We also like that it is not in the main area of Armory Square in Syracuse, so parking is usually easy and it is much quieter. One of our favorites.

This was date night for the husband and I so happy with this place. Our waitress was super nice. She even gave us her parking spot because we couldn't find one downtown!

Loved this place! The service, food, and atmosphere were all wonderful. Nice wine selection and an amazing filet. They have a limited menu but you know that what you’re getting was prepared fresh. Fried green tomatoes were awesome.

Amazing food, great pours. Loved the atmosphere and the staff. Dessert was stellar, definitely recommend. Only odd thing of the night was that we were the only customers. I cant imagine why, based on our top notch experience; must have just been a slow night. Definitely give them your business.

The 317 is consistently delicious. We're always perplexed by how few tables are full when we come at seemingly prime times. We've always had tremendous service and a delightful meal to go along with it. If you're looking for a spot that provides a wonderful meal along with an intimate atmosphere, please choose The 317. The food is fantastic, and it'd be a shame for this place not to thrive!

I can't get enough of the Baked Brie appetizer, and I LOVE the Toasted Orzo Pasta. Natalie is a great server, attentive, and she anticipates our needs. This is a special place; you can feel it from the moment you walk in.

Due to a change of plans, I found myself in Syracuse looking for a place to dine alone. I discovered 317 in the downtown area where a warm staff greeted me with superior service in a beautifully done dining room. Often these little spots try to hard and present overly fussy 'gourmet' selections. Everything was well prepared, from vegetables to a beef filet, something I seldom order in restaurants due to its almost ubiquitous lack of flavor. This one actually tasted like beef and was perfectly grilled. The wine list did not match the quality of the food; it deserves a more exciting selection. Although I was happily dining alone, this little treasure would be a great spot to gather with friends or partner.
