Great place to eat I enjoyed the meal.

Restaurant doesn't look too modern from the outside. However, menu is great and food is even better. This is yet another proof that we need to trust Google reviews... instead of going to another chain breakfast restaurant, this was a much better choice.

Dennis, Bob and Fawn are definitely worth stopping and seeing. From the awesome waitress and customer service to the amazing cooks who go above and beyond to make your meal perfect and exactly as you ask no matter how much of a pain in arse it is. Good family setting where I can bring my little ones and be relaxed and comfortable. They have a patio where you can get some air and eat. Even buy a beer in the evening after a long day. Totally worth checking out.

Great Local favorite. Friendly people, clean restaurant and reasonably priced food. I got the 301 skillet, eggs, ham, home fries, cheese, onions and some perfectly cooked bacon. The Rye toast was nice too. I might have ordered too soon, because I found out they have A Monty Cristo sandwich.... maybe next time. If you are around and want a good breakfast, stop on in.

Nice family style restaurant for breakfast.

Simple good food, good prices, and friendly service. They could give more on my plate, but that's just me being greedy.

Ashley is a great waitress and has a great personality also the food is awesome it is nice to sit down to a great plate of food and good company.

Usually very good..Waitress didn't come back too see if we wanted a refill on our drinks..She was friendly..but stayed talking and showing pictures from her phone to ither customer...

I ordered the fish sandwich which I thought came with fries...the fish filet was about 3" x 1 1/2" big and cost $4.95...it wasn't clear from the menu, but the fries cost an extra $3.50 and my tea was $2.40...my meal cost $12.05 plus tip came close to $15.00 for a subpar meal...unreal, However, the waitress was a doll, friendly and sweet, and the reason for the 2 stars...

Came to 301 family restaurant for the frist time today.My coworker and I . What a great experience. Ashley was our server.We couldn't of ask for anyone better. The cook was amazing to us.I had the seafood platter. Absolutely delicious. My coworker had saled bar and sandwich. Awesome. We are here for the fair.I will make sure I tell everyone to come here. What a great place.

Quite average. Mostly caters to people taking lunch breaks at their job.

We love having breakfast here on the weekends. The cook Bob is amazing! Bob and Dennis do a great job of cooking 😁
