3 Pepper Burrito Co

The staff here is just horrendous! There was no other customers in line when I came in so I expected my food to be ready fairly quickly. But boy was I wrong!!! My order was messed up 3 times and had to be re done three times. And instead of making me an entirely new quesadilla, they mushed up all of the ingredients from the one they messed up and put it on the new tortilla in order to save ingredients and time. By the time was order was finally done, it was soggy and a big yucky mush. I am extremely dissappointed with this place. The management just seems extremely unorganized and uncaring. I will probably avoid coming back at all costs. Chipotle is a much more reliable option.

Went today evening 01/02/2020 for our dinner around 6-00 at the Naples branch near Arthex. It was not crowded at all. My husband and son ordered one quesadilla each and I ordered veggie burrito bowl. We took Guacamole dip for my son and not only it was bitter in taste, it was gone bad and not edible. I went and complained that stop serving the future guests with this non-edible guacamole. They were kind enough to offer another dip, I took salsa which was fine. I started eating my bowl, half way through it I thought there were small stone particles in it, took out something from my mouth, to see what it it- Surprise it was stone hard uncooked rice. I saw more of these rice, when I tried to press these grains they were dry and as hard as rock. We didn’t want to get sick, so we threw everything in trash, went to domino’s, ordered pizza for takeout and home☹️ I wish I can give zero stars

The burritos are just a lil too big.
