I have visited 3 Matadors twice now and both times I have had a good time and was VERY impressed by their food. They have a unique menu that is sure to have something everyone can enjoy. Personally, I recommend you try the Chicken Fajita Tacos. They are amazing!!!For those who like to have a drink or two there is a WIDE selection of beer, tequila and other spirits to...boost your spirits ;-) .A friendly staff awaits you too in addition to the food and drink. It's a bit less posh but that's perfect for the style. The tacos are phenomenal, especially the namesake.

Little bit of a dive during the day, but gets busy at night. Their weekly trivia is fantastic and our waiter never skipped a beat.

Food still as good as I remember from 3 years ago but the owners really need to take some profits and update and renovate the place.

Completely upset with the service. Pre ordered in advance for a family pack knowing today was Cinco De mayo and things would be busy. Got a call 5 mins before pick up (my husband is already on his way to pick up) that the order cannot be completed because they are almost out of everything we ordered. I dont understand how this can be if we pre ordered it should have been accounted for. Probably will not try this place again and had very high hopes for it. :(

Everyone was friendly. Everything we ordered tasted great and was presented well. Would definitely go back. Service was prompt and accurate.

Very disappointing enchiladas, I don't usually review a place. Save yourself the time if you're looking for quality Mexican food, unless you want to drink.

Fast service , friendly staff and great atmosphere

The food is good. The service is hit or miss. I would love to see more consistent servers here.

This is an awkward little place with a miserable parking lot. The foods are good, (not great) and the prices seem to be a fair average for the local area considering the food quality and quantity our family received. The selection of menu options is interesting and worthy of appreciation. On our previous visit had had been served a stellar margarita, but on this most recent occasion, it was well below average. It is great that the bar makes every drink personally and doesn't use a dispenser machine, but (like anywhere) there will be variances that often dip well below the optimum. We had a fantastic server that was everything a quality server could be! We only wish the menu had a little better indication of what the levels are on the spicy foods. We kinda got a little burned there. We probably won't go back for a while, but that shouldn't stop others from trying this unique menu, fair prices and good service.
