Yes you can. And they are super nice when you do! Love this place.
I don't think there is room for Outdoor Games anywhere in Old City Philadelphia. It does have a nice indoor area to relax and enjoy some Really Good Craft Beers.
There is also a parking lot at the landing not too far away if I remember correctly
They sell their own, so im fairly sure you can get refilled.
Definitely I see a lot of families in there at lunch and dinner. Although I am unsure if there is a cutoff based on time of night.

Hey Beth, there is no free parking, but there is a lot about 200 ft down chestnut, and a garage on second and chestnut. You will have to pay for both.
