The server and manager are so rude. We didn’t bring any drinks and food inside but they kept coming to disrupting us and slandering us when we were singing. They even didn’t apologize when they find that it’s their mistake. Never go to this place again.

Had a good time! Our server was on it! Never missed a beat! Food was good; room was a bit small to supposed to accommodate 18 people, especially eating

Save your time and money. You have to pay for water. The chicken wings were clearly made hours ago and just slathered in sauce. The seafood boils were subpar at best. And the pictures of the drinks are extremely misleading. Will not be back.

Would give zero star if possible. Terrible service for the karaoke. Came into the room multiple times to check if we brought outside drinks, even after we told them we did not. Did not apologize at all (not even excuse me) and said it was already “polite of them“ because normally they would have security guards to search us. Absolutely ridiculous.

Food was amazing and the service was good. Dining area atmosphere was a little weird being next to the karaoke rooms. If you weren't there to sing it was a little loud, but it was not too bad when the doors were closed. Also the security guard pat down at the entrance threw me at first. I would probably go backand try reserving a room next time.

Was a great place to have a 16 year Olds small party. Clean, Excellent service! The staff was friendly and Attentive. The food was good and everything was reasonably priced.

Horrible experience. Been working in customer service for more than three years, I can confirm this place has the worst customer service ever. They had workers come into our room three times to interrupt us because they thought we brought outside food even when we told and showed them that we did not. Not a single apology just a bunch of excuses about how they were already treating us “good” because usually it’d be worse with the security guards who usually do body searches by the entrance. Will never come again.

I have attended a couple birthday parties here and enjoyed myself. So I decided to have a small birthday gathering and the service was so great the food and drinks was good and also great prices. I will definitely have something again soon and I will love to give a special thanks to Ms. JuJu she is the manager and she is so sweet I will also check out the flint location soon. Great vibes and awesome security. I love crab karaoke

The worst experience in my life. The food took forever to come. Some people in my party never received their food. The waitress stated it was nothing she could do about food arriving late or not coming at all. My boil was lukewarm. I spoke with a manager and she only removed $27 dollars off my bill. I still paid $90 dollars for lukewarm food. I took it home and tried to warm it up. It was so salty I vomited all night. I’ll never return here again.

We attended this location for girls day. I’m allergic to seafood (I can be around seafood but can’t touch it) but I only went strictly for drinks. I had Rainbow Breeze and Caribbean Romance. Both drinks were beautiful but definitely tasted horrible. Very watered down. I was so disappointed. The atmosphere is decent but when the bill came.. mandatory 18% from all of us.(only 3ppl). We asked about it she said “because of Covid” we were all dumbfounded with the response. I was thinking about booking a karaoke party there but after reading previous reviews ... I highly doubt it.

Fun place to book for parties and the wings are so crispy and good.. didn't try any seafood but overall it's a great place. I also like the fact that you don't have to leave your private room because food and drinks are catered to you by order

I have been here several times but today may have been my last. We booked the large room, V11, 30 days in advance, My family(30+ people) showed up to celebrate aunts milestone birthday. Everyone was having fun and the vibe was great. We asked at desk if it were possible that we could add an hour due to todays snow storm and late arrival of many guests, due to snow storm. We were told for 250$, we could add 1 hour, even though we were told upon our arrival "thank you for coming. 80% of our bookings canceled for tonight, enjoy", and noone else was in that room after us. The time was 8.10p, our booking was to end at 8.30. We said some of our guest just got their food, and was told "they got 20 minutes" in a very nasty way. At 8.28p, Ms. Kiara(i had to get her name off the bill), who never introduced herself to us as she tended to our room, turned on the lights and said we had 10 minutes to be out and off the premesis or a $250 charge would be placed on the card on file, and she continues to say whoever bill is already paid should be gone anyway. I asked when did this rule come in effect as I have hung around to pack up room after booking was over many times. Kiara says its company policy. We spent good money and were very happy with food quality, and would have continued to spend money. Its very unfortunate that the employees can ruin everything that an establishment has worked very hard to create. Since when is no customers better than a very large and very organized group that is already there?
